Executive Summary

This document outlines of our approach in the analysis, design, customisation, user acceptance testing, installation, implementation, training and documentation of a client/server electronic vehicle tracking and fleet management system (eFleetNG). The software application to be developed could be deployed on your current infrastructure either as an INTRANET, INTERNET or EXTRANET solution, providing remote access to the system anywhere, anytime on your current network across Nigeria and internationally, NOT compromising security control. Staff can access the system via the INTERNET or GPRS anywhere anytime and access Vehicle information on-line.

The system will be developed to provide a self-service facility allowing for staff to electronically access and track vehicle objects within your infrastructure.
